Please book this appointment type if this is your first visit. The initial consultation will include taking your health history, along with all relevant information pertaining to your current health concerns. Your individual naturopathic prescription will be formulated and can include any combination of dietary and lifestyle advice, nutritional supplementation and herbal medicine prescription.

Naturopathic consultation - follow up

Typically a follow up appointment will be booked for 1-2 weeks following the initial consultation. Thereafter consultations will be held at a frequency that suits your individual needs.

30 - 45min | $85

Naturopathic consultation - extended

This length session is required for follow ups including pathology review or where complex cases require extra time. Please book this length session if it has been over 6 months since your last appointment.

45-60min | $110

1hr Remedial massage

This length session is ideal if you have 1 or 2 main problem areas that need to be addressed, or one main complaint with general massage that supports the treatment. A good length for maintenance sessions, or a thorough half body treatment. This time covers consultation, assessment and treatment.

1.5hr Remedial massage

A longer session is ideal if you have more than 2 main problem areas to address, or you would like comprehensive massage included in the treatment. This time covers consultation, assessment and treatment.
